We conduct one-on-one interviews with trained local moderators who know how to explore motivations, behaviors, and decision processes in depth. Sessions can take place online, at respondents’ homes or workplaces, or in local facilities—always supported by full recording setups, simultaneous translation (when required), and real-time client observation. We prepare all materials in advance, including interview guides, stimulus handling, and any task-based activities needed for the discussion. Each interview is monitored through strict QC procedures: respondent validation and prompt delivery of recordings and moderator notes. With extensive experience running IDIs across Latin America and the Caribbean, we ensure smooth logistics, high-quality narratives, and actionable insights for every project.
