We run qualitative product tests in controlled environments, including test kitchens, where moderators guide participants through hands-on preparation, usage, and sensory exploration. Each session is supported by clear logistics: stimulus coding, sample handling, preparation protocols, portioning controls, and full audio/video recording when required. We prepare all materials in advance—discussion guides, tasting sequences, rotation plans, and task-based activities that help uncover real reactions and usage behavior. During fieldwork, our team validates participants, monitors consistency across sessions, and ensures immediate delivery of recordings, photo logs, and moderator notes.
